TALE OF TWO DRUGS

EDITOR: Large numbers of people (charged with) drunken driving are now
getting off because (court officials) forgot to process certain papers.

However, a young kid (was placed) in jail ... because he failed to
appear in court on a probation violation charge related to - guess
what? - marijuana possession!... That's sick and totally heartless.

However, I sure do feel a whole lot safer driving around Wilmington
now that it's OK to drive drunk, but not to have a joint in your car.
