SUSPECT A LAB?

Clues for people living in areas where chemical labs could be located include:

- - Frequent late-night activity

- - Windows blacked out or curtains always closed

- - Resdients unfriendly, appear secretive about their activities

- - Watch cars suspiciously when they pass by their residence

- - Paranoid or odd behaviour or expensive security

- - People always coming outside to smoke cigarettes

- - Chemical odours coming from their house, garbage or detached buildings

- - Garbage frequently has numerous plastic medicine bottles

- - Setting out garbage in neighbour's collection area

If anyone suspects that there is a chemical lab in their area, they should
