CHARGES LAID AGAINST HELLS ANGELS IN THE AFTERMATH OF THE CLUBHOUSE RAID

Those charged in connection with the RCMP raid of the Hells Angels
clubhouse include:

David Francis Giles, 56. Full patch member of the East End chapter.

Giles is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking
cocaine and commission of offence in association with a criminal organization.

Court records show Giles has been charged in the past with several
driving offences, but no criminal offences in B.C.

John Virgil Punko, 39. Full patch member of the East End chapter.

Punko is charged with conspiracy to produce/traffic methamphetamine,
trafficking cocaine, two counts of the possession of proceeds of
crime, conspiracy to traffic cocaine, counselling mischief,
conspiracy to commit extortion, conspiracy to commit mischief,
conspiracy to commit assault, uttering threats, two counts of
directing an offence in association with a criminal organization and
four counts of commission of offence in association with a criminal
organization.

Punko was convicted in 2001 of threatening Ernie Froess, a prosecutor
in an earlier trial involving Hells Angels members.

Court records show Punko was charged in 1998 with extortion and
possessing a prohibited weapon. In 2001, he was convicted of uttering
threats and mischief.

Randall Richard Potts, 45. Full patch member of the East End chapter.

Potts is charged with conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine,
conspiracy to produce methamphetamine, possession of proceeds of
crime, possession of explosives, possession of explosives for a
criminal organization, possession of a prohibited firearm,
unauthorized possession of a firearm, two counts of extortion,
uttering threats, two counts of trafficking in cocaine, two counts of
directing an offence in association with a criminal organization and
four counts of commission of offence in association with a criminal
organization.

Potts has a lengthy criminal history that includes previous charges
of possession of a controlled substance, assault, possession of
counterfeit money, theft from mail, uttering threats, and extortion.
All but the assault charge were stayed.

Jean Joseph Violette, 54. Full patch member of the East End chapter.

Violette is charged with extortion, conspiracy to commit extortion
and two counts of commission of offence in association with a
criminal organization.

Court records show Violette pleaded guilty to assaulting a man in 2001.

Ronaldo Lising, 42. Full patch member of the Nomads chapter of the
Hells Angels.

Lising is charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose
of trafficking, extortion, and directing an offence in association
with a criminal organization.

Lising was charged earlier this year with assault causing bodily harm
after he allegedly punched and kicked a Burnaby man named Randall
Bowles outside the Au Bar nightclub. Robert William Alvarez, a member
of the Hells Angels Nomad chapter, is also accused in the incident.
Lising was convicted in 2001 of cocaine trafficking with Hells Angels
member Francisco Batista Pires.

Richard Conway, 40. Full patch member of the Vancouver chapter of the
Hells Angels.

Conway is charged with conspiracy to traffic cocaine and trafficking cocaine.

Court records show Conway does not have a criminal record in this province.

Jonathan Sal Bryce, 24. Son of East End chapter president John Bryce.

Bryce is charged with four counts of trafficking cocaine, possession
of proceeds of crime, assault, conspiracy to commit extortion,
extortion and two counts of commission of offence in association with
a criminal organization.

Court records show Bryce faced a previous charge of operating a
vehicle with excessive noise.

Kerry Ryan Renaud, 25. Associate of the East End chapter of the Hells Angels.

Renaud, who is still at large, is charged with two counts of
conspiracy to produce methamphetamine, trafficking methamphetamine,
two counts of commission of an offence in association with a criminal
organization.

Court records show Renaud is scheduled to appear in Surrey provincial
court in October on charges that include production of a controlled
substance, possession for the purpose of trafficking, careless use of
a firearm, and possessing a prohibited weapon. He is accused with
Zaneta Iwanek.

David Ronald Pearse, 27. Associate of the East End chapter.

Pearse is charged with two counts of conspiracy to produce/traffic
methamphetamine and two counts of commission of an offence in
association with a criminal organization.

Court records show Pearse has a lengthy criminal history that
includes convictions for the possession of a weapon for a dangerous
purpose and possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Nima Abbassian-Ghavami, 25. Associate of the East End chapter.

Abbassian-Ghavami is charged with two counts of conspiracy to
produce/traffic methamphetamine, two counts of commission of an
offence in association with a criminal organization, and trafficking
methamphetamine.

Court records show Abbassian-Ghavami does not have a criminal record
in this province.

Benjamin Azeroual, 26. Associate of the East End chapter.

Azeroual is charged with two counts of conspiracy to produce/traffic
methamphetamine and two counts of commission of an offence in
association with a criminal organization.

Azeroual is scheduled to appear in October at Port Coquitlam
provincial court on a charge of possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Jason William Brown, 30. Associate of the East End chapter.

Brown is charged with two counts of conspiracy to produce/traffic
methamphetamine and two counts of commission of an offence in
association with a criminal organization. Court records show Brown
was convicted of a 1996 offence of possession of narcotics, and a
1998 charge of personation.

Wissam Mohammed Ayach, 26. Associate of the East End chapter.

Ayach is charged with two counts of conspiracy to produce/traffic
methamphetamine and two counts of commission of an offence in
association with a criminal organization.

Court records show Ayach is scheduled to appear Wednesday at Port
Coquitlam provincial court on charges of unlawful confinement and
aggravated assault. He is accused with Stephan Leclerc and Faryaz
Ali. He has been in court several times for various charges,
including possession for the purpose of trafficking, careless use of
a firearm, and possession of stolen property. Most of the charges
were stayed, but Ayach pleaded guilty to one charge of possession
with the purpose of trafficking in 2002, and another count of the
same charge in 2003.

Chad James Barroby, 27. Associate of the East End chapter.

Barroby is charged with two counts of conspiracy to produce/traffic
methamphetamine, two counts of trafficking cocaine and two counts of
commission of an offence in association with a criminal organization.

Court records show Barroby has faced driving offences in Surrey, but
no criminal offences in B.C.

David Roger Revell, 41. Associate of the East End chapter.

Revell is charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of
trafficking, trafficking cocaine and commission of an offence in
association with a criminal organization.

Court records show Revell faced charges in 2001 in Kelowna for
allegedly producing a controlled substance and possessing narcotics
for the purpose of trafficking. The charges against Revell were
stayed; the co-accused, Mark Andrew Goodban, was convicted.

Richard Andrew Rempel, 22. Associate of the East End chapter.

Rempel is charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of
trafficking, trafficking cocaine, and commission of an offence in
association with a criminal organization.

Rempel pleaded guilty last year in Kelowna to communicating for the
purpose of prostitution.

Leroy Serra Pereira, 35. Associate of the East End chapter.

Pereira is charged with conspiracy to commit mischief, conspiracy to
commit extortion, and commission of an offence in association with a
criminal organization.

Pereira does not have a criminal record in B.C.

Brian Jung, 35. Associate of the East End chapter.

Jung is charged with conspiracy to commit mischief, conspiracy to
commit extortion and two counts of commission of an offence in
association with a criminal organization.
