DRUG GROWER WANTS HOUSE
A Langley man convicted of growing marijuana is appealing a court ruling
that would force him to forfeit his residence to the Crown.
A B.C. judge made the decision earlier this month to impose the forfeiture
which would lead to Van My Luu's house being disposed of by the Minister of
Public Works.
