MEDICAL MARIJUANA CHANGES
Several revisions to Oregon's medical marijuana law will take effect
in January: Plants: Cardholders or those designated to grow marijuana
for them will be allowed 18 seedlings and six mature plants. Current
limits are for three mature plants and four immature plants.
Possession limits: Registered cardholders will be allowed 24 ounces
of marijuana, up from one ounce away from the grow site. Grow sites:
A single site will be allowed to supply as many as four registered
cardholders. The current law has no limit.
