SAFE-INJECTION SITE GIVES HOPE TO ADDICTED
Re: "Safe-injection sites a proven success," Dec. 17.
The column is a breath of sane air. Among many cogent points, it
reminds us of the sad death of the RCMP officer who overdosed a few
years ago. Addiction can and does affect all segments of society.
Those on the street needing a safe-injection site are only the most
visible and a reminder of what any of us could become.
