POT ACTIVIST IN COURT
The B.C. Supreme Court is expected on Thursday to set the date for
the start of marijuana activist Marc Emery's extradition hearing.
The United States is attempting to extradite Emery to face charges of
distributing marijuana seeds to Americans through the mail. He was
arrested in July 2005.
