HAMILTON'S FAMOUS CRACK HOUSE SEIZED
HAMILTON - A notorious Hamilton landmark has been forfeited to the
Crown under the Civil Remedies Act, along with a $10,000 bank account.
Two crack cocaine-related murders, stabbings and a number of drug
charges have been laid at the Sandbar Tavern, which included two
floors of cheap rooms for rent.
Attorney General Michael Bryant called the building a "blight on
downtown Hamilton."
