DRUG WAR FALLOUT DISCUSSED BY ACLU
The American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio will examine the impact of
the war on drugs in the first installment of a four-part, free
lecture series, "Incarceration Nation," at 7 p.m. Thursday at the
Downtown YMCA, Butler Hall, 2200 Prospect Ave., Cleveland. The first
session's topic is, "Collateral Damage: Girlfriends, Grandmothers and
