ATTORNEY TO SPEAK ON MARIJUANA-RELATED LAWSUIT
Attorney Ken White will speak on the lawsuit sponsored by the
Marijuana Anti-Prohibition Project to end cooperation between local
enforcement and the Drug Enforcement Administration at the 3 p.m.
April 1 MAPP meeting at the Cathedral City Public Library, 33-520
Date Palm Drive.
If successful, the lawsuit would end the practice of local police
working with the DEA and other federal police agencies to arrest
medical marijuana patients.
There is no charge for admission.
