SAANICH POLICE WEBSITE LETS YOU ASK ABOUT DRUGS

Saanich police have added a new section to their website where people
can ask questions directly to the department's drug officer.

The page, Straight Talk on Street Drugs, is maintained by Const. Dean
Duthie. In the first of what the department said will be many
articles, Duthie has written about crystal meth. He describes the
history, production methods, signs of addiction and prevention tips
for the highly-addictive and destructive substance.

The page also has a link to the Saanich police guest book, where cops
answer questions posted by the public. Duthie will field all
drug-related queries.
