enforced. Federal jurisdiction in scheduling drugs is limited to
enforce the prescription writing powers from trafficking. No court
has given the DEA jurisdiction to set medical policy. Federalism
reserves this power to the states.

Officialdumb is wrong and is incurring liabilities that will be paid.
Local officials are not enforcing legitimate laws. They do not
represent the freedom and safety of the people. They are federal agents.

the people an apology, just as the state police must assume
responsibility for violating 4,200 doctor-patient confidences and
