TEST WELFARE RECIPIENTS TO CATCH THE DRUG USERS

Like a lot of folks in Hawaii, we work and get paid by our employers.
We then pay our taxes to the IRS and the state of Hawaii and then the
money from our taxes is distributed throughout the country and the
state according to budgets.

Now, state and county employees are required to pass a urine test with
which I have no problem. What I have a problem with is the
distribution of our taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine
test.

Shouldn't people have to pass a urine test to get their welfare check
as all the state and county taxpayers who earn the money to help them?
Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on
their feet. On the other hand, I have a problem with someone sitting
on their okole and doing drugs while I work.

Hawaii might save a big bunch of money if people had to pass a urine
test to get their welfare check.
