CLOSE DOWN JUNKIE CONDO, SAYS WRITER

THE EDITOR:

It is high time the city just shut down Jubilee Park [in
Abbotsford].

It isn't even really a park anymore, since the only people who can use
it are the drug addicts.

It's been years since it was a safe place for kids to
play.

I walk by every morning and see the jungle gym draped in blankets,
shielding their activities from the street. God only knows what
they're leaving behind. The playground equipment should be relocated
somewhere where children can actually use it, instead of providing a
junkie condo.

With or without the free Cheerios, the place has been a disgrace for a
long, long time.
