DRUG 'WAR' PROVES WE IGNORE HISTORY
It seems we did not learn anything from Prohibition, and so we
continue to do the same with the war on drugs.
We have been losing this war for almost 40 years!
What if we found another name for this misadventure? What if we
called it "drug rehabilitation" or "drug control" or "drug
regulation" instead of legalization?
Maybe it's the word "legalization" that creates the problem.
Regulation would save lives and money that the "war" is now costing us. -
