IT'S NO GOOD BLINDING OURSELVES TO THE RAMPANT DRUG ADDICTION
It is sad to know that the federal government would encourage the
spread of diseases such as HIV, AIDS and hepatitis by leaving [drug
addicts] without support.
I understand that the substances used at Insite are illegal, but
pretending there isn't a problem is no way to fix this.
Addiction is rampant in our society, and I applaud Mr. Justice
Pitfield for taking a step towards progress. It's about time someone did.
