REEFER MADNESS? OR SANITY?

I feel this Post editorial did an injustice to Barbara Kay. As a
mother of a child who has schizophrenia, I have seen what type of
madness marijuana can trigger. I attended a Friends of Schizophrenics
meeting the day after a good friend of mine was killed by her son,
who has schizophrenia. Every one of the parents at the meeting told
me that their child had smoked marijuana. That's proof enough for me
that it should not be legalized. And I am disappointed that the
Post's editorial board has no common sense on this point.
