CANNABIS, OUR HEALTH AND CRIMINALS
Marijuana may be as harmful as Barbara Kay states, but that is a
separate issue from whether it should be decriminalized.
The list of harmful products that can be legally owned and used is a
long one, and includes rifles, booze and greasy french fries. I
personally wish that no one would smoke any kind of cigarette--but
that is not the world we live in.
Let's recognize that there have been too many casualties from the war
on drugs and the time for debating whether or not marijuana is good
for you is long past. It is time to call off the police and begin to
use an approach which is both logical as well as humane.
