WELFARE RECIPIENTS SHOULD ALSO BE TESTED
If teachers need to be drug tested to get a raise, then people on
welfare should also be required to take the same test to get welfare check.
If you pass the drug test, the state should pay for the test; if you
fail, you pay for that test.
