WHAT IS THERE TO DEBATE?

The debate over whether to legalize marijuana continues, while
patients struggle to overcome addictions and families are being torn
apart by drug abuse.

This article says most of the supporters at the Queen's Park rally
were teenagers and people in their 20s. Why do they feel the urge to
escape from reality? We need to educate young people on how to cope
with everyday stress and not to rely on artificial means of relief.

Marijuana serves valid medicinal purposes and access should not be
stripped away from those who truly need it. On the other hand, there
are others who abuse it and create an addiction that ultimately
spirals into other potent drugs.
