RIGHTS TRAMPLED ON
What happened to Selina and Bryan Prevost (whose Coquitlam home was
raided as a suspected grow-op) was a gross violation of their Charter rights.
These inspectors are mandated to shut down grow-ops. So why are they
kicking innocent people out of their homes?
We are all people at risk of becoming victims of this poorly-
thought-out bylaw.
If there is no visible grow-op, the inspectors should leave immediately.
Better yet, they shouldn't be allowed into our homes in the first place.
This is another example of the erosion of our rights and freedoms.
