NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING ADDICTS

Most drug addicts steal to buy the drugs that are illegal to buy or sell.

Still, it is apparently up to taxpayers to provide safe-injection sites.

The ones who would rather not use these sites congregate in
commercial areas and help destroy the work environment, lower
property values and drive away business.

This is a self-inflicted wound. Why do I have to pay to support these
people in any way? Enforce all drug laws or get rid of them.
