DRUG EDITORIAL WAS OFF THE MARK
The Baxter Bulletin's editorial, "Drug abusers help support
terrorism" (April 21) missed the bull's eye. Drug abuse doesn't
support terrorism, but drug prohibition does. If America still had
alcohol prohibition it would, too.
