NO SMOKE, NO DOPE
While I'm glad we've banned smoking in bus shelters, restaurant
entrances, pubs and bars, I'm concerned that the inevitable
legalization of marijuana will take us back a few steps. People will
undoubtedly start smoking joints in the very places where we have
just banned tobacco smoking.
It is ironic that the very people who pushed for these bans on
tobacco are championing the right for people to smoke weed.
I certainly don't want to be standing next to a puff of marijuana
smoke the next time I'm waiting for the bus.
