INSIGHTFUL ON INSITE
Alan Ferguson's column, "Drug study is being shamelessly distorted by
health professionals," was most insightful.
Distortions by health professionals and some media leave Canadians
doubting the information being touted as facts.
We expect accountability from government at all levels, but our tax
dollars are being squandered on worthless projects.
Let's work towards giving people their lives and their dignity back.
Drug-injection sites do nothing but keep addicts in bondage, disease
and depression.
Programs that promote abstinence from drugs and help people get back
on track with their lives is the only way to go.
I hope the federal government will provide increased funding to those
groups that show concrete results in drug rehabilitation.
