PAY FOR NEEDLES

Instead of throwing millions more of our tax dollars at this bad idea
of a free needle exchange which become even worse with dirty needles
on the streets and playgrounds, it's time to spend a comparatively
few dollars to deal with the problem. This idea answers the age-old
problem that all junkies have: where to get the money for their next
fix. Pay them to bring back used needles. I suggest a dollar a
needle. Then junkies will be searching the streets seeking out any
dirty needles they can find, to return them for cold, hard cash to
enable them to live in the style to which they have become accustomed.
