WISHFUL THINKING

The Province highlights another great argument for legalizing and
controlling the marijuana market -- lower hydro bills for everyone.

Pot growers steal power because B.C. Hydro sends the names and
addresses of people who actually pay for large amounts of power to the
police.

But when pot is finally legalized and regulated, do people really
think B.C. Hydro will pass on the savings? If they do, they must be
smoking something.
