THERAPEUTIC FARM, NOT EXCHANGE

It appears the Vancouver Island Health Authority has exhausted its
ideas for finding the ideal spot for a new needle exchange. The idea
of a farm recovery community was proposed recently and would be ideal
once proper facilities were in place.

VIHA could give the addicts the required drugs; when they are well
enough, these people could care for farm animals.

Why not give it a try outside Victoria, where addicts would have all
the care needed and be away from the dangerous street drugs?
