A CULTURAL ICON, OR JUST A CRIMINAL?

Thank you for the excellent editorial on Marc Emery. Many cannabis
users simply want to live in peace and without fear of oppression.
This stigma has to end: there are millions of Canadians who have used
cannabis, and the vast majority of them are not criminals, yet our
government makes some of them suffer.

That is why I applaud Marc Emery. He is a Canadian cultural icon. We
should all be united against Emery's extradition to the United States.
