EXCHANGE SENDS RIGHT MESSAGE
Would seeing the ravages of drug addiction not be a far more effective
deterrent than all the DARE programs that are obviously not succeeding
in convincing young people to "just say no?" Today's kids are driven
or walked to the door of the school already, and met by anxious
guardians after class.
