NEW DRUG PROBLEM

I appreciate the work and effort put into The Province series on this
serious social problem of drinking and driving.

I hope the response to this is not just all talk, but concrete action.

But drunk drivers are not the only ones who cause accidents. There is
an emerging new crop of very unsafe drivers who are impaired by drugs,
such as marijuana, other illicit drugs or even abuse of prescription
drugs.

How will we deal with that?
