MEXICO'S ILLEGAL DRUG PROBLEMS AND OUR OWN ARE TIED TOGETHER
Note to government officials: If you are bragging about success
because you seized a DC-9 full of cocaine, and because drug-related
violence is up, then you are not losing the war on drugs. You have
already lost. If you were winning then the opponents would never get
to the point of buying a DC-9.
