Re: "City stands behind inspection bylaw," News, Feb. 8.

Kudos to Evelina Halsey-Brandt for trying to rid the city of criminal grow-ops.

As for Linda Cooper and Brandon Beech, who wrote in condemning our
local government for trying to make our city safer: The next time you
or your loved ones get violently home invaded, tied up and assaulted
by lowlifes who are doing a grow rip and got your address by mistake,
don't go crying to the authorities that they aren't doing anything
about grow-ops!
