CANNABIS LETTER WAS RIGHT ON THE MARK

Thanks for publishing former police detective Howard Wooldridge's
thoughtful letter ("Cannabis should be made legal," Feb. 7, 2008).

For those who disagree, my question is: Why do they want marijuana to
remain completely unregulated, untaxed and controlled by criminals?

Only legal products of any kind can be regulated, taxed and controlled
by any government agency.
