SIMPLE FACTS
To the Editor of The York Press:
Sirs, thanks for publishing Steve Clements' thoughtful letter:
"Cannabis facts" (28 Dec). I'd like to add that the annual world
wide tobacco-vs-cannabis kill ratio is about 4.5 million to zero.
So why is cannabis a criminalised substance and not tobacco? (Other
than because lots of people, organizations and institutions make lots
of money because of cannabis criminalisation).
