TAXING ILLEGAL CANNABIS IS A MONEYMAKER
To the Editor:
The war on drugs and the relatively safe God-given plant cannabis
(kaneh-bosm/marijuana) is an enormous financial gravy train for
prohibitionists, the prison industry, unions and government. (Taxing
illegal drugs is a crime itself, Jan. 28.) Taxing illegal substances
is proof; ignorant and gravely harmful to the rest of society, but
what a moneymaker.
