SET UP NEEDLE SITE
Re: Councillors demand one-for-one needle trade, Feb. 12.
If council is genuinely concerned about needles being left around,
they should lobby for a safe needle-exchange location much such as
those in Vancouver. This would eliminate the problem of discarded
needles. Ottawa, as the nation's capital, should be showing compassion
and understanding, thus leading the way.
