LEGAL LOOPHOLES

Are you serious, B.C. Supreme Court Justice Catherine Bruce? Did Van
Dung Cao not have a large grow-op in his house?

Were the police not protecting themselves and the suspect by taking
this guy down fast?

What about the civil liberties of law-abiding citizens?

Who protects this man's neighbours when he gets ripped off at
gunpoint by his competitor?

Who protects the owner of a house that renters turn into a grow-op
and then destroy?

Putting more loopholes for suspects to slither through helps no one
except them.

Foolish rulings like this one just make it harder for the police to
protect the law-abiding citizen.
