EASY TARGETS

Editor - The Drug Enforcement Administration's threatening letters to
landlords on medicinal marijuana dispensaries are just another
example of DEA incompetence.

Rather than deal with real drug crises, such as the dealing that
leads to the staggering amount of murders in Richmond, the Bayview,
Visitacion Valley, etc., they threaten landlords with loss of
property who merely opt to follow states' rights. Power-hungry little
men doing what power-hungry little men do.
