POT IS NOT MORE DANGEROUS

Re: "Pot is twentyfold bigger cancer risk than cigarettes" (Gazette, Jan.
30).
While weasel words like "could be expected" make me wonder about of the
validity of this
New Zealand marijuana study, I doubt we will ever see an " 'epidemic' of
lung cancers in
cannabis smokers" for two reasons:

First, most recreational and medical cannabis consumers I know are
moving from smoking to vapourization, which does not involve smoke.

Second, other studies show that cannabis actually shrinks cancerous
tumours in the body (www.primidi.com/2004/09/05.html)
