Larry Campbell -- the best case for an elected Senate -- pontificates
yet again on legalizing marijuana. He offers nothing new since his
previous declaration to "tax the hell" out of it, and that's exactly
where his logic comes asunder. He ignores the correlation between
availability and consumption. Without policing the established
subculture of tax-free production, growers and dealers effectively
bypass the tax collector.

However, in the interests of making a buck, Senator Campbell, let's
challenge the U-Brews with our very own franchise: U-Grow.
