TEST INMATES FOR DRUGS
As far as smuggling drugs into prison goes, what's wrong with doing a
drug test on inmates and then disallowing visitation rights for those
who test positive?
What's wrong with drug-testing prolific unemployment and welfare
applicants too?
If you test positive, then you cannot receive benefits.
