BOND REVOKED IN HEROIN CASE
SANFORD, Fla., - Bond was revoked Tuesday for a
Seminole County man charged with first-degree murder for allegedly
providing the heroin that led to an overdose death last year.
When 22-year-old Ashley Ireland was released pending his trial in the
death of 22-year-old Jason Berger, the judge told him to stay home and
avoid other people involved in the case.
Deputy Daniel Risher testified Ireland had gone to his girlfriend's
house and gotten involved in a fight, and then broke windows and
furniture there.
