IT'S NEVER OK
Is Modesto Police Chief Roy Wasden saying it was "OK" for his people to
shoot Alberto Sepulveda because the feds didn't notify the Modesto police
that there were children in the house? Would it have been better to shoot a
40-year-old man in a prone, spread-eagle position?
