DRUG PROHIBITION FAILS
Thanks for Nolan Finley's Jan. 28 column on the drug war. Militant
prohibition has failed. We should try another approach, one more compatible
with capitalism. And could we please have a "drug czar" with some medical
knowledge? It's embarrassing to have the world see the federal government
persecuting medical marijuana users.
