'DRUG USER ACCOUNTABLE?'
A driver that is a drug user (alcohol) runs into a house and harms a little
girl. Most people will agree that he should be held accountable.
A drug user (nicotine) harms people by them breathing the secondhand smoke
which is proven to be dangerous to children and adults.
Why shouldn't that drug user be held accountable?
