QUESTIONS DRUG WAR
To the editor:
Major kudos to Arthur Cannon for his outstanding op-ed, "Two myths of
the drug war" (March 9). If you or I were facing several years in
prison for possession or sale of illegal drugs, and we were told that
we could substantially reduce our prison sentence by naming a
co-conspirator, would we likely name our best friend or worst enemy?
