NARROW-MINDED VOTE DISAPPOINTING

It was, of course, disappointing to see the narrow-minded vote on the
medical marijuana bill in the Maryland legislature. The whole nation
has good reason to mourn the additional death and human suffering
that this vote will cause Americans living and paying taxes in
Maryland.

Sen. Alex Mooney seems more concerned with protecting the state's
ability to jail the most citizens and voters than the state's
responsibility to protect the lives of its citizens and voters.
