REHAB, NOT JAIL

Bravo to The New Mexican for pointing out in your editorial that John
Dendahl has been a great uniter for the New Mexico Republican Party.
Many of us Republicans feel, like Gov. Johnson, that some drugs can
safely be decriminalized. Let's build rehabilitation centers rather
than more jails.
