MACHINE GUNS AND GRENADES ARE LEGAL, BUT HEMP PIPES ARE NOT?

Let's see if I have my facts correct. It's Ok to possess concealed
firearms in the glove box of your vehicle, OK to own a submachine
gun, and OK to own grenades within the Municipality of Anchorage. But
if you have a bong, a pipe, or paraphernalia such as roach clips,
lighters with hemp leaves that say, "I support the right to keep and
load bongs!," etc., citizenry will face criminal prosecution,
penalties, fines, and restitution/rehabilitation?
